First and foremost we want to thank ARC Warriors MC for opening the doors to the ARC Warriors MC Club House in Benoni, inviting us inn & contributing to what I believe is our best photoshoot yet, as well as CHERRY ON TOP Productions for understanding our band and brand, capturing what is inside and bringing it to life!

Ever sat in the cockpit of a aircraft? Wondering what does this button do..?
Push it, don't push it? Well we pushed it and now we are in high volume speed, gravitating towards our checkpoints, towards our goals set for 2022.
One of them being the YPT Promo Photoshoot for 2023; what this Blog is about... (This is me reminding myself to stay on topic!)
It started off Rocky...
I had it all planned out, the Vibe, the Look, the Energy, it was going to be great, I thought. Those of you that know me on a more personal level, probably heard me say once or twice : Lord Jesus Christ the Messiah, is my CEO.
Everything starts with Him and ends with Him. Before jumping into gear and speeding off with an idea, I meet with my CEO, let my plans, vision, and goals, be known and then - give it all to Jesus to lead the way.
Well, my plans or let me rather say, my ideas, is not always in alignment with the will of the Lord, and this is where I had to learn to let go and trust God. Walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7, Jeremiah 29:11)
At first I thought, Yes! This project is blessed cause within the first day of preparation, we secured the venue and machinery for the photoshoot, date was set and were good to go. But then, I got Hit out of nowhere with a aggravated Flue! !
Shows had to be cancelled and I was bedridden for 3 weeks!
Dehydrated and dark rings under my eyes was my daily fashion statement.
Regardless looking like a zombie, I didn't want to back down.
Today, I thank God that Joelene YPT Road Manager / Manager who talked me down, or rather pulled the plug on the whole project. This was disappointing because deadlines had to be met for my vision to fall into place like a stack of dominos. But again after frustration I realized once again, let go and let God.
I got better soon after that, and a new date was set when I got a notification,
ITS BEEN DONE! I couldn't believe my eyes! It was like someone took my whole project and copied it and released it before we got the shot...and it looked great! I knew there was no way our plans and project could have leaked. After a small tantrum for not being first, and having to go back to the scratching board, cancel dates, venues and completely start over - my angel mom, planted a seed, an idea, of what we should consider for the new project aka YPT Promo Photoshoot 2023.
I fell in love with it all, and got back to work. Just like the first plan, everything seemed to fall into place perfectly, I even got extra time to detox and get into shape. Yes, deadlines wasn't met and I had to adapt but looking back now, I realize it all worked out perfectly and the deadlines was an illusion and being here now I am once again in AWE just how great our God is: His Plan, His Timing, His Will, is perfect!
I've learned a lot this season in the Life of YSTERPERD TERT and I know now that with the first project / plan, I was playing it safe. I wasn't bold enough and I wouldn't have been satisficed with the results. I am thankful for all the road blocks and delayed gratification. My CEO knew I needed a little delay and push, because He understood my plan and vision better then I did.
I am thankful and beyond excited to share with you the work of art we got to create, setting the tone for 2023
